We’re Casting for Justice.
Years ago, I cast a Drake × Nike NOCTA project directed by filmmaker Merawi Gerima.
Now Merawi and I are working together again.
But this time, the work is about David Black and a project supporting the effort to clear his name.
We need more than actors.
We need community.
We’re seeking paid actors and volunteers to help portray family members, prisoners, protestors and members of the community.
We’re also still fundraising for talent, wardrobe, locations and other production needs.
